All about the Facials- Full description of each facial

Classic Facial

As with every facial, I start with a double cleanse, first with All Natural Jojoba oil and then with a gentle cleanser, both removed with a warm towel. I then take a quick look around and see how your skin looks and if I see any areas of concern. Then I'll apply a gentle enzyme mask to help soften and loosen up those dead skin cells, removed with a cool towel. With a classic facial I dont spend too much time on extractions, but I willl take a quick look and make sure you don't have anything really obvious that needs to be taken care of. Next, I'll begin the facial massage which includes neck and decollete. I follow that with a quick cleanse and then a hydrating mask. While your mask is on you get a relaxing hand/arm massage. When the mask has been on long enough I'll remove that with a cool towel to help wake up your skin and close your pores. Finishing, of course, with the appropriate moisturizer, eye cream and SPF. And just like that, you are refreshed and glowing in under an hour.

Pamper Me Facial

This facial was created simply because its a poplular add on combination.

Starting with a double cleanse then moving on to dermaplaning. Typically I use an organic oil blend when I dermaplane. Next up is the extractions, which again, I wont spent all that much time, just cleaning up any typical congestion. I then move into the facial massage and gua sha massage. A light cleanse before applying the masque ensures full absorbtion to receive all the benefits from the facial masque that matches your skin's needs. While the mask is on you will get a relaxing hand/arm massage. After the appropriate amount of time the mask is removed by a warm towel. Always finishing up with a moisturizing oil and spf.

VM Signature Facial (formerly Custom Facial)

This facial is one of the popular because it includes both physical and chemical exfoliation with dermaplaing and a light AHA chemical peel and also includes additional serums and plenty of massage. As always starting with a double cleanse, then on to dermaplaning and

chemical peel. After neutralizing the peel, i perform light extractions follwed with high frequency. Next, I apply a mask suitable for your skin's needs and let that set for a bit. In the meantime you get a hand/arm massage. The mask is removed with a cool towel to refresh and awaken your skin. Finishing with serums, moisturizing oil and spf.

Pore Refining Facial

This facial is for someone who has acne or feeling like your pores are quite congested. Starting with a double cleanse then moving onto a physical exfoliation. Next I'll apply a mask to help soften and pull toxins from your pores with or without steam (depending on your skin). While this mask sets you'll receive a hand/arm massage. Removing that mask with a warm towel, I then start with extractions. During this I use an anti bacterial serum to apply while working on your skin along with cold globes which can decrease inflammation caused by extractions. Next I'll apply a calming mask. While this mask sets you'll recieve a foot massage. Removing the second mask with a warm towel I then apply a specialty mask- for brightening, tightening or claryifying. While that mask is on you'll receive a light scalp massage to help keep you nice and relaxed. That mask is removed with a cool towel to help tighten your pores back up and it calms down inflamation. I end the facial with some serums, moisurizer and spf.

Age Defying Facial

This is a great facial if you want to be pampered and relaxed and help prevent and slow down any premature aging. Starting with the double cleanse and moving right into dermaplaning. The next step is a light chemical peel to help bring healthy skin cells to the surface. Followed with light extractions and high frequency. From there you'll recieve the facial massage that turns into the gua sha massage to help relax your mind and body. After the massages and a light cleanse you'll have LED red light therapy. After 10 minuites we'll move into the eye treatment which includes light lymphatic work under the eyes, an eye serum and specialty eye pads that stay on while your specialty mask is applied and is left on to work it's magic. While that mask is on you'll recieve a hand/arm massage to keep you in a relaxed state. The facial masque is removed with a cool towel, followed with toner, moisture and oilThe facial wraps up with a light scalp massage and the application of cold globes that help tighten skin and infuse the oil deeper into your skin.

Back Facial

This facial will refresh and rejuvenate the skin on your back. As with any other facial, first I'll cleanse/massage with jojoba oil, then cleanse again with the appropriate cleanser. With the steam aimed at your back I'll do a physical scrub to loosen and remove any debris that could be clogging your pores. Next I'll perform the necessary extractions followed with an antibacterial serum followed with a high frequency treatment that kills bacteria and stimulates blood flow which improves healing. The next step is a clay mask and hand/ arm massage, then the removal of the mask with a warm towel. The facial ends with a light serum and light moisturizer-if needed.
